paying for something like this, is it worth it?

I couldnt post the actual url until I had 15 posts

its basically a mass sign up online directory (55 of them) for $200.

I'm going to guess that all those sites that they submit to are all controlled by them. And they're probably on the same IP (which I've heard is not that beneficial).

Check the PR of each of them.
