If I get 2 links on the same site, and the 2 links have the same IP but different site, will they be discounted? THe site i get the links on has a diff IP, but the 2 links have the same IP.

Usually search engines look at the IP addresses of the links. Ideally, you would get links on different class C IP addresses where an IP address is designated as:

AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD

If it is only two links, I wouldn't really worry about it.
