A large algorithm update coming to Google mid-February/March according to this article over at directmag. Claims it's going to fix the 302 redirect hijacking issue, which is good.

For what it's worth, it seems that this update is now live (at least in some of their datacentres). Just done a search for a pair of headphones I was considering buying, as the last time I did the same search (about a month ago) the results were awful - full of kelkoo and the likes. Now I get Amazon's product page as number 1, a few reviews and a link to the Sony product page. Quality.

Small article on it over at eweek.
