i've got a domain that i want to change the name on. the physical location of the site is going to stay the same, as will the ip address.

i think that control panel is going to balls things up for me at some point so i'm gonna get rid of that which will probably be done before the dns change.

anyone know of any issues i might face and any steps i can take to make sure that current serp progress will still hold?

shouldn't have any issues. the only thing that could affect it potentially are change of ip address.
