Hi all,

I don't understand wtf google wants!?!?

I had a page who ranked at 8 place for one keyword.GREAT!!
But now the page is on 530 place!?!?!

The page no use tricks hacks etc. no doorway pages nothing.
The change become for about one day.
May somebedey told me how can this be possible.

could be a basic google update. sometimes your page will disappear for a short period of time but be back to where it was the next day.

Have any of the other top 10 moved significantly?
Have you made any changes to your page in the last few weeks?
Have you lost any major backlinks?

It might be a small change in the google algo, or might just be a glitch.... if you haven't made any changes then analyse your site vs the current top 10 (drop me a pm if you need any assistance) and see how you can improve from no.8

Also check out McDar's tool here - http://www.mcdar.net/q-check/datatool.asp - that will tell you your position across a number of Googles datacentres...

it's interesting that my page was, let's sey between pages "a" and "c". when i search for the keyword the page is not there but when i choose "repeat the search with the omitted results included" my page is exactely between "a" and "c". So i realy don't understand why google hide my page.

ooh, looks like someone might be cloaking your site - check the top 10 (and particularly the google cache - on the results page vs your site and content and their actual site.

basically you setup a redirect that sends googlebot somewhere else so that you benefit from their hard work and take their position.

theres a bit more to it than that but thats the basics.

btw sularome - someone could also have cloned your site......

How old is your site - this could also be the G sandbox - I was No.3 for a couple of weeks on a new site for 'mycompanyname.com' then it basically dissapeared for 4 months - we are now 1& 2.

my site is old maybe about 6 years i wasnt changing the content for all this time, i changed it before 2 mounts but the google bot scaned my page about 6 times so i don't think that will be a problem, but i will look for a cloaking or cloning.

I'm not quite sure that this can be a problem, but is it possibly that the meta description is the same in 4 pages of my site may this be a problem and google consider these pages as a clones. Cause one of these page is at the 530 place wich i mention in the first post but it wasnt the page wich was at the 8 place(at the 8 place was the index.html)

sounds like someone coaking your site or a theres a clone site or maybe few pages
