Shall I just stick with "PatPaints" even though I originally started that site (and learning HTML etc!) for the sole purpose of getting my artwork online?

It's what I'm using to offer design services at the moment, anyway. Only problem I have is that it implies painting, not web design - althought that may not be a problem with so many "four eight six design" or "three oh three studios" and other random nonsense...

Opinions, please.

How about finding a word that doesn't so much describe what you do but a word that is memorable (like google) but says something - and build a "brand" around that? Thats a bit undescript but a possible alternative way of coming up with a name.. yahoogle has gone though, as has goohoo. The name I use - transmogrify, doesn't really relate to anything design/development wise but it's an interesting word (I think anyway), and while I've not done anything with it yet other than stick my photo album and blog online with it.. I'll build something up around the name eventually. Worth looking at dictionary.com's word of the day.

Something like: Creative Ocean Wave Painting And T'Internet Designs - COW PAT Designs...
