Hi everyone, I have a site that requires some online marketing. I have been using the services of a team but I don’t seem to have much improvement in my desired areas, I know that there a lot of them to take this work but I need advice from you people to help me decide the one that has good experience and a well established team.

Can you give some more info? How long have they been marketing your site? What have they done and are doing?

Its easy to say go with Google AdWords but thats not really helpful and doesnt really do much.

SEO/SEM/IM takes alot of time. Even in the sense that it takes atleast 60-90 days for search engines to fully index your site and start ranking you.

Search Engine Optimization takes ALOT of time if its done completely and correctly. Theres a TON of different areas that a good Internet Marketer has to look out for.

It starts with doing research on your target market. Seeing what your competition is doing and figuring out what to do to get ahead of them.

Then the basics is picking out great keywords and a great description for your meta data. Your most important keywords should be included in your description.

It helps a TON if you have 1 or 2 of your most important keywords in your URL.

Then you gotta plant the keywords in various areas of your page carefully. Gotta have carefully written copy on your site. Your content has to have a certain balance of keyword weight. It also has to be meaningful and useful for your viewers.

You get heavily penalized for keyword stuffing and also hiding keywords on your page with font the same color as the background.

These are just some of the things to look out for. Its really only scratching the surface when it comes to SEO

ok, not cool, not cool.... Um, I would say, start small, you are not going anywhere for a while so focus on content, build the website and make sure you submit it to all the search engines, advertise a bit if necessary, and then ............WAIT FOREVER.

Millions of websites out there and most of them are doing exactly what you are doing some have a budget to advertise other hire people to write content, can you keep up??

The best you can do is write good content and hopefully one day that pays off.

Try putting "internet marketing" into google and get some info from the top site. Good SEO does take some time but editorial content is not the full story believe me!

Google your main website keyword (whatever your site is most about)
then email the owners of the top few sites and ask if they are willing to exchange links with you. Linkbuilding is a pretty good way to build traffic without hiring anyone.

I would guess that the OP was hoping to promote their site by posting a link here and, upon learning that such functionality was unavailable without making a paltry 15 posts, upped and fucked off.

H.B. has good point. Maybe this "team" isn't the most qualified. By searching online marketing into Google you can see which online marketers really know what they're doing. Spartan Internet, and online marketing consultant company, seems to really know what they're doing!

Well as far as online marketing is concerned you have to do something into your website. You can do SEO & SEM as well for your website so that no. of visitors will increase.

One thing that you must know that it's not a 15-30 days game .. it will take at least 2-3 months in order to see the result/effect.
