I have found many types of advertising pointless over the years. I have had box adverts in the Yellow Pages and Thomson Local, also entires in the various Business Pages before now but these haven't even produced a single phone enquiry. All I ever get is people sending me their CVs.

If only I could get somebody to market my website business for me. My problem is I am useless at selling myself. My skills are with the production and the design, not with the sales apsect.

What I could realy do with is a company or individual who can market my services where I pay them a generous commission on the work acquired. Do such services exist? As an example, I would gladly pay someone, let's say 20% commission, if they were able to secure several £1000+ websites for me each month.

such services exist. i myself am not familiar with them but i have a couple of illustrator friends and thats how they get all their work. as for what the % cut is for them i'm not sure. these services are around

Have to say that I have secured several websites recently but everybody has put things on hold because of Christmas. Oh well, I should be busy in the new year. Fingers crossed.
