I'm just looking for a list of ideas that I could use to promote a Christian/Bible discussion/debate message board.

Right. I mean, most ideas are pretty straight forward and common sense stuff. I just thought someone might think of something I haven't. I do have a question about search engines. I've read one site that search engines hate crawling forums and another website said forums are best sites to be crawled. Overtime, will my forum topics get picked up by the search engines more? I assume it would go hand in hand with the popularity of the site.

What i know is that search engines crawls forums and its topic. So yeah, overtime, when you have enough link building on your site, your link popularity will go up.

Are you the one optimizing your site or you have an SEO expert that is doing the job?
