Hey everyone,

I run globalwatchband.com for my father and am trying to increase the flow of traffic to it. It's a retail/sales site for watch bands, straps, and attachments so writing articles is more or less out of the question, but on the up-side it's a relatively niche market.

About two weeks ago I completed an SEO overhaul to the site. Aside from that work, I'm curious what other viable options I have for the task at hand. I've been thinking about paying for some Google Ads.

We're trying to get the site to be profitable enough so he can stop using eBay as a pseudo-storefront -- it has gone downhill quite a bit since it's early years. If anyone can give me some advice I'd really appreciate it.

OKay, Google Ads would probably be a good option, how about an ad in the local paper?? Or Text Link Ads TLA are good because you choose where your ad goes. Of course you could just print out some stickers withthe web address on them (fairly large stickers) and slap them on the back of buses around your town/city.

I'll definitely take a look at all of those options, except for maybe the stickers one. I love the idea, but I'm not sure I want my dad getting phone calls from the city about random stickers.

Curious, why not write a few articles or Press Releases?

Other possibilities:

- Google AdWords (be very careful with this becauseif you do not know what you are doing it can add up VERY fast)

- Direct mail

- Mention Product on targeted discussion forums

- List product on Amazon, Ebay

- Send samples of product to potential reviewers

- Offer product at trade shows

- Create a quick product video (add keywords) and post on YouTube

I also have a client who sells a relate product that I could put you in touch with.

These days there is so much content in blogs etc that you have offer something of value.
Why not try small downloadable viral competitions so people are enticed by prizes and silly games. Each one should have feedback to your site of course.
These can be very effective and cheap to do.

I think ads on magzine about watch or vogue maybe a good way.
And there many site about vogue(or watch),you can try to ads on or submit article to it.
