Free USB Pen Drives!

As part of a promo package for an upcoming conference we are giving out free 512mb Pen drives. They are already branded but we are not too sure what info to supply on the drive as part of a presentation.

If you were promoting your company this way what would you put on the drive? Flash movies? exe's? html pages? software? interactive surveys? Porn?

Looking for any suggestions no matter how banana's. Cheers, Limbo.

Will the best suggestion win one of these drives?

we're giving them fellas away too, at a customer event this week .... they arrive tommorrow ..... hoping to grab one myself.

Some sort of flash screensaver thing would probably be good to put on there.

Shit - I bet someone here thinks of that for me to do on ours .......

I don't see why not.

Cheers for the suggestions so far. We are thinking of having using a flash projector, auto run and a sexy icon + a little html linked to the website with survey... but none of this really grabs the attention... I want them to be smacked in the face by ingenuity.... hmmmmn?

I'd say don't auto run anything it'll just piss people off. We've given away quite few with a reel and pdf brochure on board but tucked away in it's own folder so users don't feel the need to delete cos it won't stop autorunning everytime they use our branded usb drive...

Just a thought, but we decided it would piss you right off if something just loaded everytime you used it ( I know it can be fixed easily, but we figured that was like saying we didn't know how to treat our users).

Whatever it was, it would have to be both Mac and PC compatible.

Surely they shouldn't be pissed off if it's free? If you tuck the files away somewhere chances are they'll never be viewed, making the whole exercise a waste of time and money.

We've had simlar thoughts on auotload feature - we are making ours 'loud and proud'. They are free, not cheap and and we want our users to get the full presentation as soon as the device is connected - it is up to them later if they want to delete the files (we'll pin that down in the help file). I don't think making it really subtle is a good idea - they might never get the presentation (or till it was too late)..
