Receiving from a form
We've got a contact form that's been tested repeatedly with various sendto addresses. The script has been used successfully before so... Why is the client still saying they don't receive anything from it? cheers |

I'd wager ignorance, perhaps with a slice of incompetence! Other than that, you'd have to ask what kind of mail filtering they have in place, if any. Try cc'ing the data sent to their address to a test account you know works. Might be easier to help if you could put your script up? |

All being done on the same server. When they first said it didn't work, we changed the sendto address to a few of our own (including a hotmail account) to test again and they all worked fine. The original address had to be set up which they might have cocked that up, but the second address tried has been used to mail them, so we know that one does work. Not sure about posting up the script. Think it's against company policy. Cheers anyway. |
