Does anyone know the best way I can do the following?

My client sells upvc windows, and would like visitors to the site to be able to do a quote online.
The window prices are available in matrix format and are available in excel format, so you put a width and a height in and it gives you a price, then there are many other variables like colour and glass.
I have made a basic JavaScript program that can produce a price but its doesn’t use a matrix but a m2 formula (but its doesn’t work close enough to the matrix)
Any ideas?

On a note I use modX so maybe a snippet?
