Creating a poll

I'm looking for help with creating a poll on a webpage.

I'd like to have a web page that asks something like "how many times a day do you brush your teeth". And let visitors select an answer (Ex. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 times)

I don't want people to have to register, I'd like to use ip addresses to prevent duplicate entries.

I'd like to be able to post the stats live, like: 54 people have answered, 34 brush 3 times, 20 brush 2 times. 50 people were from California and 4 people were from New York.

How do I find someone to hire to program this for me? Or is there any easy php code to use to do it?

This should be fairly easy to do in PHP/MySQL. I'd probably use a cookie - not IP address - to prevent multiple votes because most peoples' IP addresses change, multiple computers will have the same IP address, etc.

For the location portion of what you are asking for you will need to do some geolocation, which is typically based on IP address.

But I also agree with pgo, that IP is not the best way to log it. But a cookie should suffice.

If you are truly looking to hire, go ahead and send me a message and we can discuss it further. But if you've got a little PHP / MySQL experience you should be fine.
