Hi guys. I'm looking for an easy way to make a simple contact form. All that Ive found so far are either ones you have to pay for or free ones which require you to link to their website as part of the license agreement. Does anyone have some resources of how I can go about making a form or a script of some sort to assist me? I have little php knowledge of function, variables, and other basics but not enough to make anything useful. Thank you.

Also if you guys happen to know of a program of some sort that will make forms I wouldn't mind that either. The employer doesn't mind spending around $50usd on a program if its necessary. This is kind of urgent so if anyone can help me out as soon as possible that would be great. Thank you.
