i have installed 4images on my linux webserver
all seems fine , install goes normally , database is populated
but if i want to upload a foto to a category then the following error occurs

Error uploading image file: picture.jpg
picture.jpg: Copy error. Please check the directory permissions.

No database entry!

now to be sure i have Chmodded all the dirs and files to 777
but the error stil stays

somebody has the same error or can help me out fixin this ??
saw some post when i googled that its a bug in 4images
but cant get a answer to fix it !

you paid at least 99 euros for it - email their support; next time use a free open source gallery, it'll probably work.

i didnt pay for it .... its a free download if you dont use it commercially
but i found the problem , Plesk was overwritting my settings for PHP safe mode !!
