Which do you choose for syntax highlighting?

Just curious as I've always used default settings (usually DOL) and have been experimenting with LOD.

After hours of coding, I find light on dark to be much easier on the eyes.

Always dark on light. If like sn33kyp3t3 says, I'm sat for several hours, I just alter my monitor settings to ease the strain.
