XML product feeds

Anyone know what e-commerce website use for product feeds. ~I know that there is some specific RSS / XML type for e-commerce specifically for products, but I can't remember what it is.

I don't really understand the question but the type of feed all depends on what you're going to be doing with the info - submitting to froogle or yahoo for instance.

Google Base - Bulk Upload Instructions
Shopping Ads from Yahoo! Search Marketing (formerly Overture) - Product Submit - Product Feed Specification

Does that help?

Sorry beers, thought there was a specific technology used for xml based product data, but what was in my head was the Froogle feed thingy.

you on about how to format your xml so it can be read by the price comparison sites? never looked into that, but if you just search for it you may find API/Developer Sections to those websites as it is in their interest to be good too. I haven't heard of a standard, but I am usually wrong.

I'm actually trying to play about with a mobile app for searching and parsing rss feeds of product data, and thought well if there is a standard for product related feeds I might as well use that.
