Project mngmnt, time billing etc script
Does anyone know of a good os script or have something that could be reused. It is for IT support company. 1 Create a call or initiate a project. 2 Engineers to have web accessible diaries with 30 min slots. 3 Engineers to complete jobsheets to allocate time against headers in 1 above 4 Reporting by customer by month for invoice 5 Reporting by eng by period 6 Reporting by project |
