CMYK colour sheets

I'm looking for vector/illustrator/indesign spreads detailing colours and their CMYK values. This is for the purpose of matching screen colours with their CMYK printout equivalent. I've heard these exist somewhere but cannot find them on google.

Pantone Swatch Guides - but currently their Process to Solid Color guide is out of stock - a good way to see printed CMYK values as well as pantone values.

I have found this book to be an amazing resource.

You don't want a digital reference for CMYK because you wil still run the risk of inaccurate color matching between your monitor and press, which may only become apparent in the proofing stage, causing you unnecessary delays.

That's called COLOUR CHART, not colour sheet, no one would know what it is

Pantone is very popular and expensive.

You can ask a printer for colour chart, they'll tell you how much. It may be cheaper, cost about $50.
