I'm going to be placing some artwork on an envelope that will be sent through the Dutch postal system. It's an A4 window format envelope but I'd like to know if there are any restrictions on where I can place artwork. Can anyone shed some light on this please? My printers told me "we will need a border that is at least 1 cm and around the window approx. 3 mm, since sometimes the position of the window slightly varies".

Assuming the stamp and postal mark go in the top right of the envelope, is it safe to assume I can use rest of the envelope to play with the design? Anything to beware of?
