Can someone point me in the direction of where I can get a template (preferably EPS or PDF) for a small self locking box/cube?

You need to approach the company that is going to produce you these crash-lock boxes to draw you a cutter profile with your chosen dimensions and send it to you as a eps or pdf format.

Cheers Mandy Moo. Rang the printers and they are going to send me what they have from their pre-existing die cuts.

I ended up creating my own template as the printers didn't have something suitable. Link here for future reference.
