Reversible creasing?

Hi Guys,

I'm doing a job for a folder which is designed to fold closed like a book to contain inserts for posting but then has to reverse fold into what is essentially a desktop display stand. This means that three of the folds need to fold in one direction for the folder and then the opposite direction to convert it into a display stand.

We've figured out a working template for the cutting and creasing for the folder cum display stand. The concern I have is when the forme is made if the folds that need to be inverted to convert it from folder to display stand should just be standard creases or whether they need to be stamped as some sort of reversible crease?

General creasing convention suggests that creases are single-direction, but is it going to be a big deal if they are flipped?

I'd regular too.

Can you call your printer? Ususally best people to ask are those who operate the finishing machines.
