When I used to work in repro (few years back now) posters were very rarely done at actual size, and more often than not were scaled up either by factors of 2 (for A2/A1 posters) or 4 (pop-up stands etc)... If it's being printed digitally on an inkjet, the difference in quality mightn't be noticed... Check with whoever is gonna print it and see what they say. Try to do as much as possible in Illustrator/Quark/Freehand too... vectors are so much more processor-friendly than bitmaps... Hope that helps, Phil |

You could do all your layout n stuff in illustrator tho...just use photoshop for the photo manips you need to do...? Be amazed how much time you'd save simply by doing that... audentes fortuna iuvat
