Black

For those of you who are print designers, how do you go about making a Rich Black?
(or Shiner)

I personally use 30% cyan 30% magenta & 100% Black

Thats a mix i have used to great effect in the past, yet one printer once told me that it was not enough and I should go for 30c/30m/100k. Its Crazy.
