Really like the first one - with the different nations/locations... Guess all these photography sites make one remember that all that's required to be a good photographer is being able to take well-framed (non-symmetrical) shots of people looking down and brooding. I'm only joking, but you really notice that people - especially young people - think they have to take somber pictures of homeless people, crack whores, half-naked/naked women, or brooding people. The perception seems to be that it's "serious" and "arty". It's nonsense if you ask me. One of my old teachers said that photography was for people who can't draw...and he was right - most of those photo kids couldn't draw their way out of a paper bag, but they could take lovely pictures. Anyway, enough of my semi-anti-photography rant. No offense intended to photographers. |

sorry thats just laim, its just moved on, like it should have,, if you want a reason to dislike photography at least have a good one,, read "hockney on art",, he raises some really good points about the differences between photography and painting.. he seems to be an honest artist,, rare to find. |
