nighttime>camera>tripod>bright flashlight>model>long exposure>move light up and down body>whatdoyouthink?

I like 'em! Another thing you can try is to use a very long exposure and use a torch to illuminate parts of the subject matter. Wear black and work across the frame from left to right and you won't be visible in the end photograph. Use different coloured lights too.
