Not personally, but I was in halls with a guy at uni who took 1 photo everyday, to represent his life for the year. He ended up with a lot of bleary eyed close ups of himself, but It has to be said some of it was prettty interesting. You could have got something good if you ever edited it down to 30 or so shots. Which I'm sure he did in the end - never saw it though. |

hmmm yea niec idea with the mobile phone thing, I do have a camera phone however it's not brilliant lol. I intend to do roughly around 20-30 images of my week or maybe one day which I will decide later on. I think i'm going to use just the standard SLR camera, I prefer colour but black and white images could be interesting... |

Not sure if this is of any interest to you, but Nokia have definitely got their eyes on the photo diary/log market: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/3497596.stm |

Hey I keep visual diaries, mostly I use vintage photo albums or old books and gesso over the pages then use them to make collages and pictures, a bit like a scrapbook, of all the ideas and stuff that I have. It's a great way to get things down quickly and keep a record at the same time. There's a good book by Lynne Perrella on the subject available at Amazon. Hope that helps! |
