I don't think so - its mainly for adjusting & retouching photos, it says you can open it in an 'external editor' for more stylised effects (and then it shows the photoshop interface).

I like the idea of 'non-destructive' editing and that instead of having numerous duplicate files for each change you make it just saves the settings...

Wow - not only is it a super fast computer but it can make the operator faster too. I used to work with a guy who was so slow it was untrue - we could've given him a new lease of life instead of relegating him to the post of ' company non-urgent-job typesetter'...
