Can't seem to wake up this morning, so...

Nice gentle start to the day:
Murray Perahia - Bach: Goldberg Variations

Possibly followed by:
Penguin Café Orchestra - Signs of Life

Later today I can see myself building up to:
Rothko (w/ Black w/Bear) - Wish For A World Without Hurt
(though may well end up going for one of their more relaxed albums instead)

Never been a big fan of the Factory/Manchester/Madchester sound, so wouldn't want to watch a low-budget brit flick stroke docu-drama about it.

A film for fans of the Manchester music/musician scene and few others, I imagine.

Im not either, in fact I fucking hate it. I get force fed mondays, Ian brown, oasis etc on a regular basis by 'the locals'

cracking film though, whats wrong with low budget ?

The cast is excellent , Peter kay, Steve Coogan, Dave Gorman , Ralf Little among others.

Nothing to do with snobbery.
Just wasn't something I could get into.

Proles? Wouldn't Morlocks be more appropriate?

The line that comes to mind...

Happy Mondays band photo before they got some proper stylists.

Bez pays the consequences of not listening to Tony telling him to stop dancing so close to the grill at the Factory Records annual Bar-B-Q.
