Ha ha, I saw them too... also saw a Soundgarden tribute band the same night, they were quite good too.

Currently listening to the Pixies. They're playing soon right near my house so I thought it only polite to get some tickets.

Bedouin Soundclash - Sounding A Mosaic

Trying to move onto the rest of the album but enjoying the first track: When The Night Feels My Song, far too much.

Audioslave. They managed to sling in Spoonman, Blackhole Sun, Bulls on Parade, Killin in the Name and even that Temple of the Dog song. 4 Bands in one night. Very odd, a little weird, but a tip top gig non the less.

They did that in their Live8 set and you're right, his voice doesn't work.

Don't know, couldn't hear him everyone else kinda overpowered him on that one. But I'd agree I can't see it working if you can actually hear him.

I thought he did a great job to be honest - it always sounds better live though.

Just been informed QOTSA have rescheduled their cancelled gigs (cancelled cos of the london bombings) for later in the month - hoooo-fucking-rah!

the Japanese band? They're ace! what have you got by them? I've only got that one song I found on epitonic, it's bloody good though.
