Me

I like to write music and I wanted to show it off. Virb is a great site. It's like MySpace except you can make it look good with relative ease.

Paddy Duke on Virb.com

Give the tunes a listen and tell me what you think.

Thanks!

End Game, Final Stage and The Space Between all remind me of music from computer games / the demo scene you used to get on the Amiga.

There's Only One Thing To Do At A Time Like This is more my kinda thing, it's a good tune and the strings really help but it gets a little monotonous by the end.

Cheers for sharing

I got a new song up. It's called Fast Lane and it's a soft ambient tune with a gentle melody.

Paddy Duke on Virb.com

Check it out!

Cheers!

This are pretty wicked tracks! I don't know about anyone else, but when I'm working and trying to be creative, I just can't listen to anything but electronic stuff otherwise I get distracted or something, but this type of music keeps me in the groove.

I usually just fire up one of the streams at Digitally Imported, DI.fm

New tracks!

Since I last bumped this thread I've added two more tracks to my virb page and removed a few duds.

Two very different styles:

Pressured Air - A slighty Prodigy/Kasabian-esque techno tune.

Throw Caution To The Wind - A mellow homage to Sigur Ros with a recurrent guitar riff and a special surprise.

Check them out at

Eighty Seven on Virb.com

and let me know what you think.

Buy The E.P.

You can buy a digital version of the E.P. Space Between by donating to my PayPal account.

I'm using a slight variation on the In Rainbows principle; you can pay as much or as little as you like, but you must donate at least 1p.

My PayPal email address is paddyduke[at]gmail.com
