Yeah Reuben are gonna get bigger, I've seen them a few times as they are from close to where i used to live.

I saw them playing alongside Hundred Reasons. Probably the best gig i've been to.

I'm gonna see The Wildhearts next month at the Astoria, looking forward to that cos they are my fav band atm. I've been told they are a bit cack live tho, will see, will see.

Hmmm ... saw Battles on a TV show over here ... very 'interesting' indeed ...

Not sure if i actually liked it or not, but i like the freakishness of it ...

Recently saw Mark Ronson, Example, Killa Kela and Bedouin Soundclash, haven't got anything lined up for a while now. Gogol Bordello and Kings of Leon in December, would love to see Hot Chip when they're in Norfolkshire on 20th February.

I miss seeing biffy at small venues, they played to koko a few years back when they started to get bigger, managed to get into the after party. Such nice guys, im glad there finally being reckonised (they deserve it!) even if it does mean i miss out on the intimate gigs.

They played for nights at the tuts a few years back didnt they? an album each night then there b-sides. amazing

neds = non-educated delinquants (probably a scottish chav)

scenester = faux-trendy emo kid, at every gig to the latest band hyped on myspace.

Sorry! I think upleft put it correctly. Neds are like Chavs, and scenesters are the type who turn up to see a band because they had a pull-out poster in Kerrang.

They're both essentially worthless.

For a truly epic experience, my wife and I are going to see Nightwish in May of 08. That's a long time from now I just realized...
