Got lucky in the ticket lottery and took my Dad along.

Had lunch with a couple who'd flown over from Chicago with the hope of buying tickets from anyone willing to sell theirs.
They paid £1000 per ticket (they were a bit money and it was the wife's birthday gift too [including the trip to London]). We bumped into them on the way out and they said that, as far as they were concerned, it was money well spent.

I wouldn't pay anywhere near that much, but as far as I'm concerned, £125 was worth it. Had a blinding time hearing Zep do the business.

If they're gigging, I'll be going to see them again.

Wow... that is great! I wish my wife would take me to something like that for my birthday!! I've heard rumors that they are in talks of a tour with the Cult, but that was from some fan at a show in Cleveland or something. They posted the story on RollingStone.com, but who knows.
I told my wife that if they go do the tour, that I'll sell the house for a ticket! She agreed.

Glad you got to see the living legends!
