Best Montage Music

What do you all think is the best music for a montage or your favorite montage scene from a movie or television show?

Yeah, you can't beat a Rocky Training Montage!

Hoppipola by Sigur Ros is used a lot on montages though and it's a pretty cool tune.

Holy shit...I have heard that behind-the-scenes before. I never knew the song...thanks.

Which song tickles your fancy the most? Survivor's diddy, the Rocky Theme, etc.?

Try doing it through the mean streets of downtown Philly. It's where the missus is from and I have with it blaring in my iPod. I did the whole thing..through the Italian Market and even up the art museum steps. It's surreal.

The coolest thing is at the top of the steps. There's a bronzed set of his Converse All Stars prints set in the stone. I've also heard that the Rocky statue has recently been moved back to the bottom of the steps.

It's about 2-3 miles, dude...so if you're not a runner --and I'm surely not good at distances -- be prepared to have more than one song queued up...Eye of the Tiger, etc.

If you're from Philly, it's probably the totally cheesy thing to do. I'm not, so I could give a fuck. After all, I wasn't wearing the sweats and pumping my fists once I reached the top of the steps (even though I felt like it).

Sadly I'm in Scotland - but If I do make it I'll totally do the whole thing like a total geek - the sweats, the hat and the stairtop celebration - hell I even plan on waving at random people in the Italian market. Yo!
