iTunes Mini Store.

its in itunes - never noticed it before.

are they trying to make me believe that for example:

Imagine if I had dodgy downloaded music (I believe you can do this? no?)on my machine - once it updates it online profile of me - I am safe from the fucking law?

you can just turn it off - then it doesn't communicate with the store - then your dirty sectrets are safe once again.

I think you're fine - there's no way for them to know whether or not you possess those tracks legitimately.

And if they ever give you trouble, just go out and buy the CD and say it's a backup.
