the couple we bought our flat from had several gold disks hanging around the place, noticed them when we went round for a viewing, think she ran a music promotion company...hmmm should have nabbed them.

I have a platinum and a gold disc from a former life...

Bit of a cheat really... I had a couple of tracks on Ministry of Sound albums. Any artist featured can have a disc relating to sales as long as he/she pays for the service.
Look good on the wall though - Ive got one the old dears got the other (she was so proud)
