there should be a link "Click to join this group" at the top on the overview page.

be warned, it's over rated.

I've clicked on that, it didn't do anything. It just says:

Join Group: DesignersTalk

Group Description:
"Wonderful People" from DT.

If you scroll down, it should say "click here for membership" , then someone has to approve you.

there's a link under the dt logo. click that and you'll be given a page with a button. click that, then wait till somebody lets you in. You're not on the pending list now.

EDIT: Oli's pretty fast for an old man.

there's an invitation option apparently. but I can't invite anyone?
EDIT:
so it doesn't work for now

Quote:
You can't invite him/her to your group per se right now, though it seems that you can, but you can send him/her a private message, he/she can apply to the group, then you can approve him/her.

It should be below that? last fm hasnt got the best interface - everything seems hidden away.
You'd only pollute the radio with your heavy metal anyway

As the leader...bleh...all who apply shall join us in the quest for...nothing but more musical knowledge. But, YOU must find thy button to enter. Muah ha ha ha ha...

It is overrated because we do all our posting here, so the lastfm forum is useless for us. I posted something as a test and it's a bit clumsy.

I agree with oli, too...keep the damn death metal off your playlist and consequently, off the radio...

Anyway, the "join" button (as in the submit button, not the link to the join page) shows up for other groups, so it must be something to do with the way the group is set up - its not open for joining, or something.

I thought the purpose of this was to open your mind and discover new music

I'll put the heaviest, most brutal stuff I have on, just for you.

Hit that "Join This Group" button below the logo about 10 times expecting some sort of "You've been put in line for the possibility of being added to this group" or something. So if there's me a buncha times on there, forgive :x
