software for doing website walkthrough?
I'd like to put a video together to walk people through a website (nice transitions between pages, zoom in on sections, highlighting, ability to add voice over etc). Something along the lines of this from SalesForce Salesforce.com: CRM Overview Demo - YouTube I do internet marketing and various other bits and bobs - http://www.ravenseotools.co.uk

I would use After Effects - take screen grabs of the site (or use PSDs if you have them). Easy for zooms, highlights and transitions. AEtuts did a tutorial a little while back which I thought was quite nice: Create a Stunning Website Demo Presentation |

Not sure about earlier versions but Quicktime player v10.1 (Mac) lets to record the screen - also mic inputs if needed. You can selected specific areas or record everything you see. Got me out of a fix for recording some website interactivity for a showreel. |
