good resources - I use AE myself and mix it in with some Flash and they're very powerful tools to use hand in hand... good stuff

there's a rather old website which doesn't seem to be getting updated nowadays, well, at least the english version. The translation is pretty bad there but if you know AE then it should be relatively easy
