whats the best export for flash in quicktime

is it the h164 codec thing... or is it best to export uncompressed? dont understand all the options

... and why does it blur in places/judder - is this just to do with the speed of my computer?>

i usually do it uncompressed when it's for projection

H264 seems to be the best bet from my experience... although sometimes it's a little quirky, Flash doesn't seem to export out flash completely smooth...
