Default Viral Title Player

The video editing looks like it could be done in Premiere, but does the animation look like it could be done in After effects or Flash? Or could the whole thing be done in Final Cut Pro?

Any video editing program such as Sony Vegas or adobe premiere.

Even maybe windows movie maker.

First, you couldn't do it in windows movie maker. Second, what I meant in the OP is what software would do this job best. I know I can make it using Premiere, AE, Photoshop/Illustrator and Sony Acid Pro (although I'm not sure about the fast-forwarding parts). I guess I saw how quickly they got this out, and so I was interested in what software they used, Maybe that's just a better question to be emailed to the actual creators, and not posted in a thread.
