Animated title sequence
Hey all!!!..... I need to create a title sequence very similar to the style of the title sequence to 'The Kite Runner', its very well done!!! props to the people that did it, i don't know who... What I do know is that its kinda erased and painted on...does anyone know how to make it move the way it does, is there some specific expression in After FX that does it for you???...any comments would be appreciated!!!.. heres the link to the title sequence... nicely done that. no expression ..just lots of masks. Masks with feathered edges. animate the mask shape to erase parts of the full design. it will take a lot of tweeking/timing to get right. the other option to 'erase' or draw on things in After effects is to use the paint function, (and animate frame by frame...roto parts out) but there isn't as much flexibility there... I'd use masks to get the job done right. good luck with that. |
