Tried searching but nothing.

Mograph is the end-all beat-all. I've been a active member there for about a year now. Love that site, but check out creativecow, videocopilot(dot)net, google ayoto web, google After Effects Tutorials, hypa(dot)tv. Ill post some more later...but that should get you started.
