how would I go about finding old, black+white footage? Not many stock sites seem to have it. anyone know of any sites? quality isnt an issue. one example of what i'm kind-of talking about is the first video on http://www.spent2000.com of the munkey. much thanks.

You can also try archive.org and go to the Moving Images section. Those are free.

yes archive.org is the way to go, if you want historic stuff check out the Prelinger archives http://www.archive.org/details/prelinger
