Anyone know how you can save an after effects movie so that it loads in 'progressively' rather than just getting the guicktime logo till its downloaded in its entirety?

wma is an option

Depending if your on a pc, you could also try .wma . it gives you loads of control on sound quality and steaming bandwidth.

A web designer that I work with has successfully used Flash to progressively load video -- the new Flash Video offers very good compression and has an even more browser saturation than quicktime.
