After Effects

Just got After Efects Pro and was wondering if many folk do motion.
I am looking at a list of decent plugins for it.

Can be used with Final Cut HD can't it?

Cheers

Invigorator by Zaxwerks is a good plug-in. It's used to make all the animated 3d logos on tv eg. CNN

Dead easy as well cos it converts flat vectors into 3d objects
