Opinion on my logo designs, please

Hello there! I just finished redesigning my company logo, and would like to know what other people think about them.

The yellow L's are actually not L's, but shapes. The company slogan is "Putting your ideas into shape", those three shape simbolize that.

LOGO 1. basic logo
LOGO 2.,3. colour theme variations
LOGO 4. I made the C4 a bit bolder
LOGO 5. Banner type logo, less tall, longer

I'm open to any suggestions. Thank you very much.

I'm not feeling it, they all look a bit messy

Try to simplify the logo, and try to avoid drop shadow or other cheezy effects
Here's a quick example, maybe it inspires you to look in another direction.

Yeah, that drop shadow and "icon" are really horrible.

Definitely get rid of the drop shadow. The way the "L" shapes are organised also bothers me a bit. The perspective on them makes them look like they're "climbing" from the bottom of the text to the top (if you know what I mean).

no shadow

Here it is with no shadow. Isn't exactly lucky to put the yellow on the white background, but I intend to use red and blue-gray background anyway. White only for experimenting.

I'd say, if anything the weird shaped blocks should be the same yellow as the c4, not the other way round. That bright yellow just won't work.
