Bevel, Shadow = NO!
Fonts = NO!
Lines = Too small and Pointless

Colours, A good combination!

I don't like this one either. It's gotten worse.

Pete, yours is just as weak in my opinion.

If it's not a rude question, why wayneBrand when you're a developer, not a designer?

Don't think I'm being mean – I'm not – but that was contemporary 10 years ago. The reflection is naff and the whole thing just looks a bit rushed, which it clearly was.

Yes that is true! and ok the reflection looks naff but it isnt horrible anyways its an improvement and was made in 3/4 minutes!

cos i have been doing a lot of overlap on private jobs so i thought i would set up a thing on the side thats why.

From what little I have sseen of your work I think you might be better off using a freelance designer when you have a crossover job. It'll actually make you look better.

Then again, lot's of people struggle with logos, you might be good at site design.

infact if you matched the shape of the W with the curves of the B that could look good.
