Thanks for the warm welcome to the website, sorry I didn't go into more detail about why and why I don't like the obviously terrible new Animal Planet logo. First of all I don't watch television so I don't know much about Animal Planet as a brand. It's difficult to dissect this logo because there are not many good things about it other than what I stated in my prior post. Perhaps the letters in "Animal" are jumbled and stretched to represent the enormous amount of variety in the animal kingdom. "Planet" is not representing solidity and stability? It's too 2D to represent such a large network covering such a large topic. Happy? I'm competent, I promise. |
